Is the onboarding call required?
Yes. Every white-label site starts with an onboarding call so we can configure your site type, features, branding and domain with you.
What happens when the 7-day demo ends?
The demo site is paused and shows a message to book your onboarding call. Your demo content is kept, so we can turn it into your real site.
Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Plans differ by size — teams or players — not by features. Each site can turn individual features on or off to suit your program.
How is a coaching site billed?
Coaching sites are for coaches working with individual players rather than teams, and are billed per player each month, with a five-player minimum.
Can I change site type later?
Yes — for example, a single team that grows into a school or club program can move to a school or group site.
